MLaaS stands for “Machine Learning as a Service.” It refers to cloud-based platforms that provide machine learning capabilities as a service. MLaaS can be used by businesses and developers to access machine learning models and algorithms without having to invest in expensive hardware or develop their own models from scratch. With MLaaS, businesses can take advantage of the benefits of machine learning without having to build and maintain their own machine learning infrastructure.
No. We take data privacy seriously. Your data is ingested into the MLaaS model, the model does its magic, and spits out the result to you. Your data merely passes through, and never gets stored.
Simple, just pay a monthly fee + the hosting costs. The monthly fee can range anywhere between 5k a month to 100k a month, depending on the complexity of the model and the number of invocations required. Guess what? It’s month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime you want!
As we apply our own internal tools to do the data science and make sure your model is ready for use, we retain the IP in exchange for you to utilize the service on a monthly basis. As mentioned, the data is always yours, the data science is always ours J.
